Website

This website is hosted on a virtual private server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

When you access this website, your browser establishes a connection to the server. This technically requires your IP address in transit. No access logs are stored. No cookies are set. No tracking or analytics of any kind are used.
Legal basis: Art. 6 1 f GDPR, legitimate interest in making the website available to the public

Booking a Meeting

I self-host Cal.com on the same Hetzner server described above. When you book a meeting, the following data is collected and stored on my server:

  • The name you enter
  • The email address you enter
  • The email addresses of additional guests you enter
  • The date and time you selected
  • Any notes you provide in the booking form

The data is used solely to schedule and conduct the meeting.
Legal basis: Art. 6 1 b GDPR, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Calendar Integration

When a booking is confirmed, a calendar entry containing the above data is created in my calendar hosted by Fastmail Pty. Ltd., Level 2, 114 William Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia.

Australia does not have an EU adequacy decision. The transfer is based on Art. 49 1 b GDPR, pre-contractual measures to carry out the meeting you requested.

Retention

Booking data is kept until the meeting has taken place and any follow-up is concluded, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (Art. 15)
  • Rectification (Art. 16)
  • Erasure (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21)
